This is the second one of these that I have purchased. A lot of local people are selling these for much more money. I was reluctant to get one from Amazon, but I gave it a try because of the cheaper price. It was absolutely worth it. I can’t say enough good things about this unit. It is a time saver in a lifesaver. I would highly recommend it.
I used this to roll a fridge in my home. It is lightweight so you can carry it unlike the other one which is very heavy. This is great for residential and light commercial use.

The packaging came a little beat up but it’s 83lbs, comes in one piece and it’s a pallet jack so that was to be expected. This pallet jack is the way to go if you need to move items that aren’t wide enough for a standard size pallet jack. It’s perfect for moving vending machines. The compact size, ease of use and build quality is awesome. Would absolutely recommend.
This unit is very powerful and works extremely well. Assembly was quick and easy. Was looking at used on the marketplace and quite frankly it was cheaper to buy new when factoring likely battery replacements on the used. Very pleased with this purchase!

Had to lift soda machine Vendo 720. This is 833 lbs according to manufactory. Ok. I did use it wrong. This one does not allow you to use only one side, only both sides should be used. Now fixed.

Some light assembly that was no problem, charged the battery and were ready to go. Our biggest problem was how to turn it on which took us a minute to figure out, pull the red button up ! We can move pallets around the warehouse easy enough and we have used it to load pallets on to a truck, perfect for what we need.
Product works great I've tried it so lift 3000 lb and it did so with no problems and the client was very helpful and emailed often and kept an update and track the order very happy with this product.

This way over-delivered for the money. Handles all of our pallets easily, making our warehouse work much easier. Assembly requires patience and careful following of the instructions which were rambling and not clear. Otherwise very very happy with this item
We had put the handle on incorrectly and the pallet jack was not working properly. I sent them an email and their customer service was on top of it. They sent video and pictures to show us what to look for. The jack works great now. Very pleased with our purchase.
I really like the electric pallet jack . The company is just great to work with . They have a genuine concern about the their products. When I first received it they checked with me a couple of times to make sure everything was there in good shape and that we got it a running . Then I had a slight problem I emailed they on New Years Days not expecting to hear from them till after holidays BUT they emailed me right back with a list of things to check . GREAT people !
