1-Year Limited Warranty
We are committed to providing high-quality products. Our 1-year limited warranty is designed to offer customers confidence and satisfaction in their purchases. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product, effective from the date of receipt. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or damages resulting from improper handling.
Warranty Coverage and Terms:
Within 30 Days of Receipt:
If your product experiences any defects in material or workmanship, we will provide free replacement parts and professional remote technical support. If the issue requires a return for repair, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by user error, improper use, or misuse of the product.
Between 30 Days and 1 Year from Receipt:
Should a defect in material or workmanship be identified, we will provide free replacement parts and professional remote technical support. If the product needs to be returned for repair, the customer will be responsible for 50% of the shipping costs (both ways).
Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow product instructions is not covered.
After 1 Year from Receipt:
We will continue to offer technical support for any quality issues. However, customers will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts. If the product requires return shipping for repair, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges as well as any related maintenance costs.
To extend battery life and ensure proper operation of the product, battery-powered devices should be charged once a month.
Exclusions: Any damage not resulting from manufacturing defects is excluded from this warranty.
Additional Information:
- Spare Parts Orders: Covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of receipt.
- Batteries: Covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of receipt.
- Used Machines: Sold with a No Return, No Refund Policy and covered by a 3-month limited warranty for parts only (labor costs not included).
Note: We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
